Accessing Product Settings

  1. Open the TikTok Shop Connector app in Shopify.

  2. Navigate to Settings.

  3. Click on Product Settings.

Configuring Inventory Rules

  1. Inventory Percentage Synchronization : Choose the percentage of available inventory to sync.

Example: If a product has 500 units in Shopify and you set it to sync 50%, only 250 units will be available in TikTok Shop.

Threshold Inventory: Set a threshold level that marks a product as out of stock in TikTok Shop when inventory reaches that number.

  1. Fixed Inventory for Non-Tracked Products: Assign a fixed inventory value for products whose stock is not tracked in Shopify.

  2. TikTok Inventory Location: Specify the TikTok Shop warehouse where inventory from Shopify should be added.

  3. Shopify Inventory Location: If you have multiple Shopify warehouses, select which inventory location should be synced with TikTok Shop.
