Why Warehouses Are Important in the SPL App
In the SPL app, a warehouse is essential for managing inventory synchronization between Shopify and TikTok Shop. Even if you don’t have a physical warehouse, you still need to set up a digital warehouse in TikTok Shop to ensure smooth inventory updates and order processing. This warehouse acts as a virtual storage location, allowing your stock levels to remain accurate across both platforms.
To sync Shopify inventory with TikTok Shop, you need at least one warehouse.
Choose the warehouse you wish to connect.
If no warehouses are connected: Click Add Warehouse to create one on TikTok Shop.
Decide whether to select a specific location or all locations.
Choosing all locations is recommended for simplicity.
Your Shopify inventory will now be synced with your TikTok Shop Warehouse.
Selecting a Shopify Shipping Carrier
Click the "Select Shopify Carrier" dropdown.
Choose the carrier you use for order fulfillment in Shopify.
Selecting a TikTok Shipping Carrier
Click the "Select TikTok Shipping Provider" dropdown.
Choose the corresponding carrier that matches your Shopify carrier.
Add a Custom Carrier (If Not Listed in Shopify)
If your Shopify shipping carrier is not available, click the "+ Add" button below.
Select "Add Custom (Other)" from the Shopify Shipping Carrier dropdown (it’s at the end of the list).
In the Shopify Carrier Name field, type the name of your Shopify shipping carrier.
Click the TikTok Shipping Provider dropdown and select the same carrier name from the list.
Click the "Save" button to apply your changes.
